Come out for a night of great music for a great cause featuring Amy Ray with her band.

That's right! THE Amy Ray of Indigo Girls takes her solo rock show on the road and makes an all important stop in the Triangle.

Friday, Nov. 12 at the Cat's Cradle, 300 E. Main St., Carrboro.

Joining Amy in her band are ex-Butchies Kaia Wilson on guitar and Mel York on drums, along with Greg Griffith on bass and Julie Wolf on keys.

Durham's own Mount Moriah opens the show which is a co-production with the Cat's Cradle and Strings Attached Productions with a portion of proceeds benefiting UMD.
