Fiddle Phenom Barbara Lamb Performs Strings Attached Concert Benefit for UMD

Nashville-based fiddler Barbara Lamb will perform on Friday, April 16th in the Parish Hall at St. Philips Episcopal Church (403 East Main Street) in downtown Durham as a benefit for Urban Ministries of Durham (UMD).  The show, which is part of St. Philips’ Strings Attached Productions, starts at 7:00 pm. 

Over her career, Barbara has performed and recorded with Asleep at the Wheel, The John Cowan Band, The Laura Love Band, The Sweethearts of the Rodeo, Lyle Lovett, Riders in the Sky, Peter Rowan, Trisha Yearwood, Tony Trischka—even author Robert Fulghum.

Advanced tickets are $16.00 and $20.00 at the door.  Tickets for children 12 and under are $8.00. Tickets can be purchased in advance at www.stphilipsdurham.org.  Refreshments like wine, beer, sodas, coffee, water and moon pies will be available.
