Invitation to 2009 CROP Hunger Walk Durham
The 2009 CROP Hunger Walk is set for this Sunday, March 22nd at Duke Chapel. What is CROP? Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty. The walk has become an annual event to raise funds for hungry people throughout our community and the world. You are invited to join our team of walkers, the “UMD Pathfinders,” as we do our part to end hunger and poverty.
If you are unable to walk with us, then please consider supporting the team with a donation. Funds raised will help support life-saving programs around the world, as well as programs at home, such as UMD’s Community Café and Food Pantry.
